The Sleep Company SMART Ortho is the first Smart Grid mattress available in Asia. It is constructed with the following 2 layers:

• 1" Super stretchy Smart Grid (made of a Hyper Elastic Polymer Gel)
• 4" High Resilience Support Foam.

Breathable Airgocell® foam allows proper ventilation thanks to its open pores. In addition, a cover with climate control fibre provides for particularly fast moisture removal to ensure a completely pleasant sleeping climate.

The SMART Ortho mattress is a perfectly firm mattress which helps keep your spine aligned to ensure a reduction in back and body pains. The support is soft under your shoulders and hips so that you are comfortable and don't toss and turn all night; the support is firm under your back to keep your spine straight.

The Airgocell® foam provides you with ideal comfort thanks to exceptional point-elasticity that allows one area to compress without affecting the rest of the mattress, which means that your partner can move the whole night and you won't feel a thing. In addition, Emma's open-pored highly breathable material will not make you sweat and is perfect for humid weather like in India.

Most mattresses reflect body heat, forcing your body to cool itself down by sweating. Sleepyhead Sense, on the other hand, uses Phase Change Cooling Foam to first absorb and then evenly redistribute your body heat. So, your mattress (and you) stay cool through the night. The bottom layer has grooves that also help the mattress breathe whilst offering zoned support.

The SmartGRIDs promote free air circulation throughout the night for sweat-free sleeping even during high humidity and hot summers. The open grid design has around 2,500 air channels to keep you cool.

The SmartGRIDs intelligently adapts to your body shape for optimum comfort. This SmartGRID is made from patented Hyper Elastic Polymer that's sourced from Japan, because this is an ultra-elastic material, it won't sag or sink over time.
The high resilience foam in the base layer ensures great support for your back.

Breathable cover
The top cover consists of special climate fibre that regulates humidity. At the same time, it is so elastic that it fits the core of your mattress, perfectly. The top cover is completely removable and washable, made out of 100% organic cotton.
