The Sleep Company SMART Luxe Grid is the first Smart Grid mattress available in Asia. It is constructed with the following 3 layers:

• 4" Soft Proprietary Transition Foam
• 2" Premium High Density Foam.

Breathable Airgocell® foam allows proper ventilation thanks to its open pores. In addition, a cover with climate control fibre provides for particularly fast moisture removal to ensure a completely pleasant sleeping climate.

Most orthopedic mattresses are a medium-soft firmness on the top comfort layer and a very firm on the support layer - this can support your back however this does not provide comfort. The patented Smart Grid is made from a super stretchable Polymer Gel which can stretch up to 1000% of its original size and bounces back to its original shape over and over again. You don't have to worry about your mattress sinking or sagging over time like you may have experienced with memory foam or spring mattresses.

Breathable cover
The top cover consists of special climate fibre that regulates humidity. At the same time, it is so elastic that it fits the core of your mattress, perfectly. The top cover is completely removable and washable, made out of 100% organic cotton.

A zipper cover made of quilted cotton viscose fabric. Breathable and stretchy side fabric for increased airflow.

Your Emma mattress is rolled, vacuum-packed and then shipped directly from our factory to your doorstep. All Emma mattresses are brand-new, and awaiting to be delivered to you. We ship with DHL. The Emma Mattress is delivered to you in a box of 42x42x110cm.
