The Natural Latex mattress is a medium-firm, around a 7/10 on the firmness scale (with 1 being soft and 10 being firm). Suited for all stages of life - kids, adults and the elderly; and recommended by orthopedic and chiropractic doctors.

The 8-inch mattress is a 5.5/10 on the firmness scale (the 6" SMART Comfort mattress is a slightly firmer option; the SMART Ortho is the firmest option).

The Sleep Company SMART Luxe Grid is the first Smart Grid mattress available in Asia. It is constructed with the following 3 layers:

• 2" Super stretchy Smart Grid (made of a Hyper Elastic Polymer Gel)
• 4" Soft Proprietary Transition Foam
• 2" Premium High Density Foam.

A natural latex mattress is one that is made from plant-derived latex rather than chemicals or synthetic petroleum-based latex. We work directly with the largest latex plantations in India to bring you the highest quality all natural latex available on the planet, made from the pure sap of the Hevea Brasilienesis rubber tree. Most orthopedic mattresses are a medium-soft firmness on the top comfort layer and a very firm on the support layer - this can support your back however this does not provide comfort. The Sleep Company mattresses not only provide superior support but ultimate comfort as well - just like how it cuddles those tiny delicate eggs even under so much pressure (see the video on their site for more info!). Morning Owl natural latex mattresses contain natural ingredients that are hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, and have a springiness and pressure-relieving properties that neither synthetic latex nor memory foam can match. The mattresses are ergonomically designed to allow your spine to be comforted in it's natural alignment. The latex isolates motion that results in zero partner disturbance even when someone shifts during sleep.

The patented Smart Grid is soft where you need it (your pressure points - hips, shoulders) and firm where you need support (your back). So it is the best of both worlds - reducing back pain and ensuring the most comfortable sleep all night, every night!

The open grid structure of the patented Smart Grid layer promotes airflow, it does not trap your body heat, and does not make you feel hot and sweaty at night.
The Smart Grid also isolates motion and ensures there is no partner disturbance.

Proper posture matters, even during sleep. If your backbone is misaligned for eight hours, it can be hard to function normally the next day. A medium firm mattress does a good job of keeping your spine aligned so that you wake up refreshed the next day.

The patented Smart Grid is made from a super stretchable Polymer Gel which can stretch up to 1000% of its original size and bounces back to its original shape over and over again. You don't have to worry about your mattress sinking or sagging over time like you may have experienced with memory foam or spring mattresses.

Morning Owl mattresses have 2 removal zipper covers. The outer cover is made of Tencel® Fabric, that is eco-friendly as it is made from the Eucalyptus tree and has superb properties - softer than silk, more absorbent than cotten and cooler than linen. The inner cover is made of organic cotton (woven). This is naturally hypoallergenic and protects you from the heat of summer and the cold in winter.

Every Morning Owl mattress is handcrafted by experienced craftsman in our production facility in Kerala, India and custom-made to order. We ship from our factory directly to your door via BlueDart typically within 3 to 5 days from placing your order (usually received in 8 to 10 days).
